Hello

I am back in the country now and I am motivated to sell. I dropped the price so I can make a quick sale.

I decided not to sell Tucker last year so this very unique and wonderful camper is for sale again!

Tucker the bus has been very special to me and I would love to find an owner who will find the companionship I did with him. He is old, but he has lots of years left in him. I have had him for 8 years now, and I am the second owner! I have taken him to the Rockies, the prairies, the desert and all the way down to Big Sur in California!

I have had so much recent work done to him to keep him going so that the next owner should not have the usual issues you would with buying an older vehicle. Tucker had his front and back brakes including new wheel drums and new wheel cylinders done this year, an engine rebuild just over a year ago, new fuel lines, new carburetor, a new clutch, a new starter, a new alternator, and a new battery all last year as well. I have receipts for all work done. Plus a fresh paint job with a beautiful painted wood grain.

There was minor rust on the bus but it was cut out and filled so that it would not spread. However he will need some body work in the future and the price reflects this.

Tucker is an air cooled 4 speed manual, he has a fold down Z bed, a pop top with a hammock that folds out, lots of storage space, a sink, and an ice box. He really is a gem and I will miss him.

Things needed: new heater hoses to hook up heat and some wire work done with the horn.

Added bonus:lots of extra parts purchased and stored in bus for times of need. He also has a BN4 separate gas heating system for those cold nights, that don’t require keeping the engine running.

Also included book: How to keep your Volkswagen Alive! A must have if you want to own one of these vehicles because there are lots of tricks to keep them ticking.

If you would like to come see this sweet bus please send me a line.

Serious inquiries only please. Although he needs a few things, he is running great and if he were in any better condition the price would increase. These vans are appreciating in price.

Let Tucker take you on your next adventure!
