I have a 1969 Vw westfalia camper for sale. I bought it a few years ago to restore. I totally rebuilt the engine to a 1600cc single port. Powder coated the engine tins, installed new clutch & pressure plate. starts up and runs great right now. Put new tires on it a month ago. There are a few spots on the body that need attention like the right rear that has been fiberglassed(see pic), but I do have the replacement sheet metal so you can weld it in. Front seats need to be recovered. The rear interior is all taken out right now because I installed thermocoustic barrier on floor. The closet is put back in along with the table but the rear bench seat/bed is out along with another seat that goes directly behind drivers seat and stool. The popup tent canvas needs to be replaced. Top works great though. Also has the folding cot up top. But overall it is a very sound vw transporter. EAlot better shape than most I see for sale. Will need a paint job. Almost all there to complete. Come take it for a spin in the neighborhood and check it out. Much more stuff that I have done like removed old battery tray & installed a new one, brakes including replacing all 4 wheel cylinders & the replaced the 4 rubber brake lines that connect to the wheel cylinders, new weatherstripping, new exhaust, new brake fluid reservoir. Also have a VW emblem for the front. etc.
Also have the VW official factory service manual,
And How to restore Volkswagen Bus restoration manual that comes with it.
